Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and insured transit.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before attaching the return shipping label to the exterior.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
